Delighted to have co-authored an article in this month’s An Cosantóir on the new Naval Service variant DPM. Having worked on this project for a number of years while serving with FORST, it is great to see it come into service.

FORST stands for the Fleet Operational Readiness, Standards and Training section. FORST works within Naval Operations Command (NOC), its aim being to facilitate organisational learning and continuous improvement by highlighting best practice and the fleet standardised processes required for the generation, maintenance, and evaluation of our operational capability (GMEOC).
